We are excited to announce that the Euharlee Elementary STEM Club is back and will begin meeting on September 29th. The STEM program at Euharlee, led by Mrs. Segars and Mrs. Oliver, is designed to enrich student learning in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Math and related careers. Over the past few years, interest in the STEM Club has increased. Therefore, in order to provide the opportunity for more students to participate in the STEM club, the club will meet in sessions. This year, there will be four separate STEM sessions. Students that are invited to join the STEM Club will have the opportunity to attend at least 1 of the four STEM sessions. We hope to provide members with 2 sessions, but it all depends on the interest in the STEM club. We will also reduce the numbers this year to comply with Covid-19 regulations. This year, the four STEM sessions will be: Session 1: Engineering, Session 2: Robotics, Session 3: Stop Motion Animation, and Session 4: Green Screen/Movie Making.
The deadline to complete and return the application is September 16, 2020.
Late applications will not be accepted.
STEM club members will be announced on Friday, September 25th.
